Stoke Gabriel Parish Council is one of 9,000 local councils (parish and town) in England. The activities of Parish Councils fall into three main categories: representing the local community, delivering services to meet local needs, and improving quality of life and community well being.
The Council meets on the last Monday of every month except December and August in the village hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend and are given 10 minutes at the beginning of each meeting to ask questions, or to congratulate the Council on the excellent work they do.
